Though the market was crazy during the period we were looking to buy a home, Tammy was able to work around our schedule and organize showings at dozens of houses over the course of just a few months. On more than one occasion, we found a house we wanted to view at the last minute, yet she had no hesitation in giving her best effort to book the extra showings and alter her schedule accordingly. While it seemed at times we would never find the right house at a reasonable price, Tammy helped us through the stress of the home buying process, and did not show any signs of defeat, but continued to do everything in her power to find us a home. When it came to communicating with the listing agent, Tammy was insistent on getting the information we needed in a timely manner. While the listing agent was slow to respond and portrayed themselves in an unbecoming manner, Tammy did not give up at good enough, but rather ensured the listing agent provided all necessary information, and then some. Though we were first time home buyers, and the market was turbulent, Tammy was able to make the process enjoyable, and we would easily make the decision to reach out to her again in the future.

Let me start by saying that I am one of those people that will read reviews all day long, but would never actually write one. For the first time, I actually feel motivated to write a review and itâÂÂs simply because I really enjoyed this home buying experience. I am a first time homebuyer and knew nothing about buying or owning a home. In fact I often steered away from home ownership because I thought it was more of a hassle than it was worthâ¦that is until I talked to Tammy! I simply told her what I was interested in and she created a profile for me that would send me emails with houses that I may like. Admittedly, I was horrible about checking these emails but Tammy always kept an eye out for me which was great. Furthermore, I was a very picky shopper! The great thing about working with Tammy is that instead of overwhelming me or pressuring me to investigate every single option, she simply let me know when something came up that was really close to my taste. This was very refreshing for me because it made me realize that she was actually listening to me rather than just trying to close a deal. Even better was that whenever we did go to check out a house, instead of just telling me all the great things about the house she always started by pointing out everything that could potentially be a problem for me later on. This was huge for me because most of the time I didnâÂÂt even know what to look for! She was very good about identifying which problem areas could be overlooked or quickly turned over for value and which ones were not worth the hassle or investment. Once I finally decided on the house I wanted, working with her got even better.
